As part of its commitment to occupational safety and health, PT Swadaya Cipta organized a Safety Awareness program aimed at strengthening the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) culture within the company.

The Safety Awareness activity was attended by employees from various departments and forms part of the company’s ongoing efforts to instill the understanding that safety is a shared responsibility. Through this program, employees were reminded of the importance of implementing OSH standards in every work activity, both in the field and in office environments.

The management of PT Swadaya Cipta emphasized that the implementation of an OSH culture is not merely about regulatory compliance, but about establishing values and work habits that must be carried out consistently. A strong OSH culture is expected to create a safe, healthy, and productive work environment, while minimizing the potential for workplace accidents.

The Safety Awareness program included OSH socialization sessions, presentations on potential workplace hazards, and reminders on the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance with applicable standards. In addition, employees were encouraged to actively participate in creating a safe workplace by complying with procedures and reporting potential risks.

Through the implementation of this Safety Awareness program, PT Swadaya Cipta hopes to further embed an OSH culture into every work activity, thereby achieving sustainable company performance with safety as the top priority.

To celebrate National Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Month 2026, PT Swadaya Cipta together with the IKPT Project organized a blood donation drive on Monday, February 2, 2026, at the Wayang Windu Unit 3 Project Site.

This activity was part of a series of social initiatives aimed at fostering awareness and strengthening commitment to safety, health, and social responsibility within the workplace.

Approximately 25 employees from PT Swadaya Cipta (SWC) participated in the blood donation drive. Participants showed strong enthusiasm from the outset, beginning with registration and health screening through to the donation process. Their participation reflects that care and concern for others can be expressed in many meaningful ways, including through initiatives that support public health.

The blood donation drive was conducted by the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) of Bandung Regency, with medical supervision provided by PT Swadaya Cipta’s paramedic, Tasa Anissa Salsabila. The presence of medical personnel ensured that the entire process was carried out safely, comfortably, and in accordance with applicable health standards.

As a token of appreciation, all donors received gift packages after completing the donation process. These tokens were not only a gesture of gratitude but also a reminder of the important role each individual plays in supporting social and humanitarian initiatives.

Through this activity, PT Swadaya Cipta aims to further strengthen its Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) culture while fostering a spirit of social awareness among employees. The blood donation drive also represents the company’s tangible contribution to supporting communities in need of blood, while strengthening solidarity and teamwork within the workplace.

With the active participation of all parties involved, this initiative demonstrates that the celebration of National OSH Month 2026 is not only about workplace safety, but also about social responsibility and caring for others.
